3-Dimensional Running Analysis - Too Cool To Not Learn About

Our 3-DIMENSIONAL RUNNING ANALYSIS SYSTEM is the FIRST AND ONLY system like this within a 4-hour radius of Buffalo and it is the GOLD STANDARD for anyone who runs!!!

 

We first start off our session with a runner-specific movement screen to asses the mobility, strength, and balance of the client's feet, ankles, knees, hips, lower back, and mid-back.

 

We then place 18 reflective markers (as can be seen in the picture below) on the client from their lower back all the way down the outside of their legs to their shoes.


The system uses the same CGI motion-capture technology used in Hollywood for special effects design!

 

From here we have the client run on the treadmill while we extrapolate a 3D rendering of their skeleton running - this allows us to then take a deep dive through specific measurements including the client's cadence, foot placement, and knee drive just to name a few.

 

We send the client home on day 1 with a 10-page packet detailing all of the results of the movement screen as well as the 3D Gait Analysis.

 

We then use this all of this data to create an INDIVIDUALIZED AND PRACTICAL PLAN to DECREASE INJURY RISK and IMPROVE EFFICIENCY!

 

In other words, we teach our clients optimal warm-up drills, cool-down stretches, running form cues, and lifting exercises based on their INDIVIDUAL FORM and BODY MECHANICS and not just because someone on Instagram said that "every runner should do these 5 things."

 

And this is all meant to keep you training injury-free for years to come while improving your running performance...HOW COOL IS THAT!?
